record time. Let’s get started!

That’s more than fine! An easy option is celery sticks and peanut butter or carrots and hummus. These take hardly any time at all and can leave
you feeling satisfied and energized.

Blueberry Oatmeal Greek Yogurt Muffins

Ingredients:
1 cup + 1 tbsp all-purpose flour,
divided
1 cup rolled oats
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup blueberries, frozen or
fresh
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and grease a
muffin pan and insert liners.
- Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl (1 cup
flour, oats, baking powder and salt).
- Combine wet ingredients in a medium bowl (eggs,
yogurt, honey, milk, and vanilla).
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Toss Blueberries in flour (so the blueberries
don’t sink to the bottom) and fold
them into batter.
- Divide into muffin cups and bake 18-20 minutes,
or until golden brown and can poke in a toothpick with it coming out clean.

Ingredients:
1 (5 oz.) can tuna packed in
water, well drained
1 tbsp. mayonnaise (or Greek
yogurt)
1 tbsp. Buffalo wing sauce
3 celery sticks
Instructions:
- Mix tuna,
mayonnaise/greek yogurt, and buffalo sauce in a bowl.
- Take the
mixture and stuff it into the celery sticks.
- Enjoy!

Prepare to be amazed… Healthy Tuna Stuffed Avocado
Ingredients:

1 avocado, halved and pitted
●
¼ cup diced red bell pepper
●
1 tablespoon minced jalapeno
●
¼ cup cilantro leaves, roughly chopped
●
1 tablespoon lime juice
●
salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Scoop out some of the middle part of
the avocado, and put it into a bowl.
- Add the tuna, bell pepper, jalapeno, cilantro, and lime to
the bowl with avocado and mix it all up!
- Scoop
the tuna mix into the avocado and add some salt and pepper.
- Enjoy!
